Common problems that we can help you with
Action too high?
Strings that are too high off the fretboard can make your guitar difficult and uncomfortable to play. Strings that are too low can buzz and not permit notes to ring clearly. Performing a setup on your guitar can address that problem.
Frets level?
Dead notes and "fretting out" when bending notes can be due to frets needing to be leveled. Fret dressing service can address that problem.
Sharp fret edges?
Changes in humidity can cause the end of the frets to stick out beyond the edge of the fretboard. Getting poked by these metal protrusions is no fun. Fret end filing service can address that problem.
Not all notes are in-tune?
Even though open strings are well-tuned, sometimes other notes further up the fretboard can be out of tune. Performing a setup on your guitar can address that problem.
Problems with electronics?
Potentiometers, output jacks, and switches can get scratchy and make noise, or they can just wear out over time. Cleaning or replacing those parts is available in our electronics service to address those problems.
